Products
We pride ourselves on key services such as slicing bacon to order, suiting the customer’s individual requirements, and we continue to bone out and produce all gammon products on site, whilst offering a range of new joints and cuts. Another key offer is our natural hams which we cook and produce ourselves, slicing in house and jointing to order. We understand that our customers are looking for value for their money and this is also very important to us, so a big focus is now on foodservice. In order to deliver this we source a full range of products which offer excellent value as well as quality, covering ‘The Full English breakfast’.

Customer Experience
Our customers benefit from an agreed weekly scheduled delivery. The day prior to this, Customers are contacted by our sales team to confirm their order to ensure their needs are fulfilled. For any last minute changes or adhoc requirements, we also operate a 24 hours answer and text service for our customer’s convenience. The orders are then created in the very early hours of the morning, ensuring a reliable delivery service can run during working hours, meaning our customers can rely on us for a efficient regular delivery, and concentrate on running their business. Additionally, Bromsgrove Bacon Company is still very ‘hands-on’ so individual orders are checked ‘constantly’ meaning that the completed order is accurate in content and quality.
